I notified Betvictor of an over credit of £25 instead of £5 to my account and Jayce reviewed this thanked me for my honesty and allowed me to retain the £25 credit. Excellent customer service and prompt response.

Total scam
Total scam! Due to their dodgy verification system I as a student couldn’t verify my address given I lived in halls so I don’t get bills sent (which apparently were the only means of verification. Following this, they closed my account permanently which has €62 in it which I was unable to withdraw. Total disgrace.
